Evacuation Teams of Amador (E.T.A.) will bring its Haunted Basement Fundraiser back to Laughton’s Deli on Main in Jackson on Halloween, Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The scares will start on the lighter side from 4 PM to 5 PM with a family-friendly “Kid Scary” experience. After 5 PM, the Haunted Basement turns up the fright factor for those ready for a scarier Halloween adventure. Seasonal food and drinks, including hot chocolate, apple cider, nachos, chili boats, and lemonade, will also be available for purchase.
Admission to the Haunted Basement is a $5 donation. Proceeds benefit E.T.A., an all-volunteer organization providing emergency animal evacuation, sheltering, rescue, and welfare checks in Amador and Calaveras counties.
The Haunted Basement runs from 4 PM to 7 PM at Laughton’s Deli on Main, 145 Main Street in Jackson.
