Calaveras Big Trees Association volunteers open Jack Knight Hall as a warm place to rest and visit during a trip to the giant sequoia groves. Open Wednesday, Dec. 23 and Thursday, Dec. 24, then daily from Saturday, Dec. 26 through Saturday, Jan. 2. Closed Christmas Day.
